There are two Mobility activities for PIP, the Going Out activity looks at the claimants mental health, cognitive and sensory problems that effect their ability to plan a route, to follow it (my words) and to navigate that route.
The Moving Around activity looks at the physical problems that a claimant has that limit their ability to stand and then walk a distance with the use of suitable aids or appliances.

Im saying i cant walk on my own ....only with stick (crutch as i have bad hands and it has elbow support) and support from another person...
I also have mental health issues....
Maybe im not explaining it well...

You say the moving around activity looks at the physical problems that limits their ability to stand and walk a distance with the use of suitable aids and appliances. My husband has physical problems but doesn't use an aid, does this go against him?

Whilst PIP tends to score extra for the use of aids and appliances for the Daily Living activities it's not really the case for Mobility, the Moving Around activity is primarily concerned with the distance that can be walked.
