I read this with great interest since I was awarded ESA at appeal on grounds of my deafness has caused me such great anxiety my mental health is poor. I recently applied for PIP following an invite after claming DLA since 1999 for my deafness. I was awarded standard care no mobility but very keen to appeal as feel I should have got more. My point being they have acknowledged my deafness in the PIP but refuted the anxiety it causes me and so thus did not score any points for this - looking at my ESA claim would certainly strengthen the case for my PIP......may mention this in my MR - any advice MODs?

If you think that the ESA report will help you with your PIP Claim then there's no reason not to do so, just make sure that you explain the relevance.
