You have two choices
Pursue the matter to appeal and argue your case at a Tribunal.
Make a new claim for ESA.
In either case, if your appeal is successful, you will still be required to attend an assessment, so you need to consider how you will deal with this situation the next time. The same rules will apply and you will not be allowed to record it without meeting the DWP requirements.
