The most import areas will be Communicating and Mixing with Other People but you should also think about a general need for supervision an example of this would be needing someone with you when bathing in case there is a fire because you would not be able to hear the alarm, have a look at the following and then the relevant section in the PIP Claim guide.

Ok thanks i have the communicating and mixing with others and have the bathing fire one Already down, just thinking on the planning and following juourneys ( unfamilur) i know that sat navs are not classed has aids but i do find public transport a nightmare witout someone with me , dont know how to word this one other than i am not reliabliy safe using public transport throughout journeys or if there disruptions on route, usual tannoy announcements trains, platform changes , bus stops etc, crowds and crossing rd safely to name a few

All you can do is explain the difficulties that you have but try and put them in the context of your actually being able to follow a route, so things like not hearing if a service has been changed or knowing when to get off on an unfamiliar journey.

Gordon , well had face to face today my brother said i did well , but i am not no sure felt rushed even though 1 .30 never ask me for full details , almost ifv gphe pr filled in most of it befire he came at my home , paltypist was great, how do i find what he wrote..?

Contact the DWP office dealing with your claim, contact information will be on any letter that you have received about it. I would leave it until Tuesday to make sure that the DWP have received the report.

Morning gordon ,
has i am still worrying that i didnt get my conditions across to the face to face assessor last week ,
He never asked me the questions i was expecting and prepared for is it possible to write explaining further evidence to the dwp decision maker , i have rang for report but they havnt received has yet still, imagine theres a small time frame( window) for this?
Or should i sit and await outcome first.
