I have a question about Appeal submissions when it is the second time around at Appeals. Could you just refer back to the previous written submission, if no changes? and the Decision Notice? Then possibly write a section about the evidence perhaps / stuff wrong by DWP. As otherwise it will mean a lot of repeating the same info again.

OB

I'm afraid you cannot make reference to your last appeal, each one is wholly separate from any other one and the panel for this appeal will not have any access to the papers from any previous one.

You can copy the information you used last time and submit it for this hearing but make sure that it is still relevant and that it actually addresses the issues that have been raised by this assessment.

I'm a bit confused. The last appeal, I sent a submission and other stuff to Appeals and they copied it in to DWP...so that should be in the bundle which goes to Appeals again this time shouldn't it?

No, it won't be, as I explained this appeal is completely separate from any previous appeal you have made.

Ok, I'm not sure I understand. When i appealed last time all the stuff from the first assessment was in there along with the stuff from the second review. So why would the stuff from last time be missing? I thought they add it all to the bundle. I guess if they don't I can always send it as have the appeal bundle from last time...it is loads now around 200 pages.
