PIP Decision

Yes ok. Thanks Gordon. He did say it was to end on that date and as it is under 2 years I would be asked to re-apply. I will double check when the letter comes and let you know.

Well, on Saturday I got a second copy of the assessors report which was sent the same day the decision was made and allegedly the decision letter was sent.

So, still I wait!

Awarded standard DL and Enhanced Mob both til 2nd May 2020. DM said awarded for set period as I am likely to improve. No mention of my letter or anything else just a plain copy of what the paramedic assessor wrote.

I don't know if all letters have this but,

"We will also contact you while you are getting PIP to see if your needs have changed and to look at the amount you get. This will be after 2nd May 2019."

So a bit confused

He said I now told them I have difficulty interacting with people but I phone neighbours and friends daily and visit them. I never said this and I wrote that. I also said I had difficulty at the last assessment and it's on all my forms. This has lost me the 2 points for Enhanced DL. The way he has written it it sounds like I have only just decided I have these issues.

I don't understand how they can get away with lying so much despite written evidence.
