I do have a dianosed illness bi-polar yeardisorder for which I have been receiving medication for 17 years. I have lived and coped/managed fairly well with it because I had the support of my husband. Since our marriage ended 18 months ago I have become increasingly unwell - depression has become severe and I am now having anxiety attacks and really not even getting out of the house. This is what I am referring to when I say I don't have a diagnoses. My counsellor said she believes I have PTSD due to the trauma caused when I discovered I was in a fake marriage. I have lost my confidence in myself and I am scared of so many things now. My greatest anxiety arises when I try to communicate with people. I get all upset inside and get filled with absolute dread. I don't have a diagnoses for this.
I am sorry to have confused anyone. I am being seen by CMHT next month. Perhaps they will give me a new diagnoses and even change my medication that I am currently on.
I was originally seen for this trauma in November last year but there was no counselling available on NHS so I stayed private. Things have got worse and my own funds for financing the counselling are running low.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Is your Counsellor prepared to write a report about your problems?

So I would request this, it can make a big difference if you can integrate your evidence into your answers on the form.

Ok. Thank you. My form should have been sent back for 26th September, I could get it in the post tomorrow and say report evidence from my Counsellor will follow shortley. My next session is Tuesday.
Do you think its possible the would give me discretion for the form still being a couple of days late over the already twice extended? Or should I just do a completely new claim?

Phone them up, they may accept as late if you warn them but if you don't they may start the failure to return process if you don't.
