I see Gordon.
The report states that my G.P reports my mobility is restricted to 20 meters. It also states evidence suggests due to co morbidities ongoing severe functional restriction is likely and improvement unlikely in the longer term and met criteria at last 3 assessments.

Hi Gordon
I have not rang up to claim PIP yet since I received my letter. What should I say on the phone? I am really nervous. I am afraid they will start asking me trick questions.
Thank you
Jessica

The PIP Claim guide has a list of the questions that they are going to ask.

Thank you Gordon,
Also do you think it would be ok to put a copy of the ESA85A in? The report states that my G.P reports my mobility is restricted to 20 meters. It also states evidence suggests due to co morbidities ongoing severe functional restriction is likely and improvement unlikely in the longer term and met criteria at last 3 assessments.

If the report is not too old then it will help.

Thank you so much for all your help Gordon.
The report was September 2018.
I never had any ESA medical assessments. Just paper based reviews which I didn't ask for so was very fortunate (which sounds wrong but you know what I mean)
With the help here I will get the courage to ring for the PIP form.
I have until the 12th December to ring.
Thanks again
Jessica
