I think that they mean that met Descriptor (e) of the Going Out activity due to their OCD.

e. Cannot undertake any journey because it would cause overwhelming psychological distress to the claimant. 10 points.

Would 'e' only apply if you 'never' go out though. (in other words - even with someone with you, you still couldn't go out). What I need it to say is, 'cannot undertake any journey 'without someone' because it would cause Overwhelming psychological distress'.

I need someone to look out for my triggers in order for me to avoid OPD.

So complicated!

Yes, this is exactly what (e) is about, that you cannot go out on the majority of days as doing so would cause you overwhelming psychological distress.
