Do you think I should go for mandatory reconsideration or change of circumstances? I'm really confused about this. I'm on hold to DWP now to ask if they can send me the notes from my first assessment. Many thanks

I can't say but you need to consider whether you had better evidence when you were originally assessed or now? How important is the £8/week (approx.) that you have lost by not being in the SG? Can you cope with a reassessment of your claim? If the MR is unsuccessful then are you prepared to go on to appeal?
