Help with Man rec for ESA

Good morning, I just received a letter following my ESA capability for work assessment and I was awarded zero points. I had an appeal a year ago and won that appeal as my problems are degenerative. How on earth can i receive no points when nothing has changed except got a little worse. Now the JC told me yesterday to apply for UC but i researched and found out that if i do that I wont be able to go back onto ESA if i win my MR or appeal... please help as my money has stopped and i cant pay my bills.... i dont know what to do for the best

ok but i cannot claim jsa as its no longer available in my area its uc or nothing and also i believe there is no disability premium available either. So do i rely on food banks until i get my MR returned probably with same result and then appeal? then hopefully i can get assessment rate?? i lterally have not got the energy to go through all this again i cant stop crying...

I though that from april 2017 you cannot get any disability add ons onto UC?

What do you suggest is the best route to take? Apply for UC or not? and do i need to send lots of supporting evidence for the MR or save that for the appeal? i have to get a letter from the doctors apparently to say im unfit to work. Cant believe iv gotta go through all this again
