Hi, I am currently doing my mandatory reconsideration following my zero points award. I was re awarded ESA jan 2019 then called in for assessment feb 19 then got zero points. Can i point this out that i won my appeal 2 years ago on the basis that my conditions are degenerative and i couldnt possibly improve? theres alot of lies in the report that i will also tell then. Also do i need at letter from the doctor at this stage? or wait in case its needed for the appeal? any advice much appreciated please

With appeals taking the best part of a year I would do everything that you can to overturn the Decision now, at the MR stage.
Yes, you can refer back to the Appeal Decision, the only reason that it would not be relevant would be if you qualified under the Substantial Risk Regulations when there is no on-going assumption of disability.
