It is most certainly possible to score for OCD and activities such as Washing and Bathing, you should also have a look at some of the other activities in a similar context.
It would come under the reliability criteria, for example; whether you can complete the activity "in a timely manner" if you have to repeat it multiple times, you might also argue "to a necessary and appropriate standard" and if it resulted in excess washing then you might also have issues of whether it has been done "safely".

As Gordon says , if your OCD means you take significantly longer than a normal person and or have to do it multiple times a day you might score points for prompting- I have OCD, spend 6 hrs a day in the shower, got 2points.

Today I received PIP as usual and it was the same amount as usual (with April price increase).
It this a sign I have been kept on the standard rate?
Or is it possible they still have no.made a decision?
I presumed decisions were made within a couple of weeks of having the assessment but it just took ages for the letters to arrive.
I have received nothing since the letter on the 18th which was dated the 10th stating they had all the information they need - did that mean they are then making a decision and sending out another letter promptly after, or can it still be lying arund for a few more.weeks until someone looks at the case and makes the decision?
Hope this makes sense!

I think it is too early for a Decision to have been made yet. It takes 7-10 days for the claimant to receive their Decision Letter, so you could ring the DWP for an update.

Sorry, may I ask what causes such delay? Door example do they get the report back then just leave it on a computer till someone gets round to making the decision and looking at it?
I get terribly anxious about it and can't call them. It has been over a month now since they received the report hence why I presumed payment today meant they had made the decision and stayed with Standard rate.

The delays are the result of too many assessments and too few Decision Makers.
So your file is probably literally in a pile on someone#'s desk.
