Jef
It is not SDA but the Severe Disability Premium (SDP).
If you are receiving it then it will say "money because you are severely disabled" on your ESA Entitlement letter.
If you are receiving the Premium then you are currently barred from claiming UC and could make a new claim for HB.

Hi Jeff
No, it will not trigger a review of your ESA. If you are in receipt of a SDP and you are moving Local Authority areas you would still be eligible to claim HB. If you are not in receipt of a SDP and moving LA areas then you will have to claim UC for the housing element, if you rent. If you are moving within the same LA area then you can still claim HB as it would be classed as a change of circumstances.
