All you have to do is click on your name which is highlighted in blue in the box above and it will take you to your profile where all posts you have asked are sitting.
This is the last question you asked about 5 days ago which I approved and answered.

The same still applies - clear your browsing history on your mobile and see if that solves it. I know trying to access the site on a mobile isn't great.
