I think I will give it a miss after reading your comment, as I'm enclosing a LOT of medical Documents again this time, and I don't think that I will be able to explain the relevance for including it. I was thinking / hoping they would take the points off her P.I.P. Award and automatically use them for this ESA Claim, but it does look that will happen from what you say..So, the ESA Bundle will be going off tommorrow ( Recorded Delivery of Course ) and we shall have to wait and see....

Well Folks......

After an agonising LONG worrying wait for a reply from my last completed ESA Form for my Wife, which had to be in by the 1st of November, of which I had recieved NO notification they had recieved it, even though it was sent in the middle of October......

Today, I recieved TWO of those dreaded brown envelopes, which always tend to worry me ( and moresore my Wife ) both from the P.O.Box 585 in Belfast....

However, for a change they were both brilliant results of continuing her ESA and PIP for a number of Years to come. Seems like they have assesed her on both Benefits at the same time, as both Benefits were awarded / continued from the same start dates, and are ongoing to the same Years as well. So a great result for us today, although to be perfectly honest, its absolutely correct that my Wife has got these awards, due to her serious ongoing medical problems which are NOT going to go away......

So Thank You all for your help, advice and comments recently......

My Wife was in Tears when I read the results out to her today, it was almost like a massive Burden had been lifted off her shoulders, and she has done nothing wrong, apart from becoming seriously ill, and it really shouldn't be like this at all......Hope this evil / nasty/ uncaring Tory Government are kicked out on the 12th of December.....

Good news! The guides really are helpful aren't they. It's not the brown envelopes I worry about, it's the white ones! The white ones were all from HAAS and about WCA's. The brown ones were from DWP and gave my decision.
