Big Thank you for the information that I used and got Contribution ESA support group.DWP letter says (the money will be paid every two weeks for as long as you are still entitled to ESA) what does it mean?
Can I ask for ESA health report and used for my PIP tribunal appeal?

Yes, you can use the report, contact the DWP office dealing with your ESA claim and ask for the ESA85 if you had a face to face and the ESA85A if you did not, there may also be an LT54 that might be useful.
You will need to explain the relevance of the reports to your PIP appeal as even where there is a crossover, the criteria can still be very different.
ESA is an indefinite award with scheduled reassessment so your SG award will remain in payment until a new Decision is made on your claim.

The LT54 is completed by the Decision Maker and may have information about how and why the Decision was made.

Hello
I got LT54 ESA56 today and on first page it is mention in (Supporting Information)
This form is to be completed by the decision maker taking into account the health care professional advice as well as the claimant ESA 50(if available).
ESA 50 not returned.
(please be noted that arms pain was not enabling me to fill it in before assessment day but was given to HP on face to face).
it seems HP was mental health expert and ask questions about my mental issues and I score 15 in (13) initiating action but 0 in all others as HP thought it is enough to decide support group and did not go through my form.
further information supporting the decision:
"He does not complete tasks repeatedly and relaibly,it is likely therefore that he would have severe restriction in function with personal action.
the available evidence suggest review in the medium term.
he is on medication which do not work and being referred to specialist mental health team.he appears to have limited sight."
Do I have to challenge this decision to score points for all descriptions?
How helpfull it is for my PIP tribunal where PIP HP mention (medication are working throughout her report).?
I have decided PIP tribunal should decide on paper as I become overwhelmingly distress in the situation.

If reasonably expected to score for one of the PIP activities or to score higher than you did then you should explain your reasons for this in your submission for the appeal, this may simply be a case of referring the reader to the information in your claim form and the evidence attached but if you feel it necessary then you can restate your limitations in reliably completing the activity.
If you still have problems with the PIP activities after you have taken your medication then explain this, what the problems are and why you have them despite the medication.
If you opt for a Paper hearing then your submission and any new evidence need to be with the Tribunal Service no later than one month from the date on the letter that accompanies the DWP's submission.
