2nd time an assesser for PIP hasn't turned up for home visit I suffer from profound deafness and tinnitus so my husband has to deal with my phone calls. On him ringing for me they lied as they did last time by saying they had tried to ring us earlier, it was only when my husband said he's going to contact our service provider for a record of calls they decided to look into it and then said there was a zero missing from his number and they didn't ring mine as I am deaf!! Now a 3rd appointment made for another home visit. Its so contradictory as on the letter it says if we cancel it can affect our claim. I'm not very happy at all.

I am sorry that your assessor did not arrive for the appointment. I am afraid several members have reported problems with assessors not turning up and the excuses are generally 'poor ones'
Obviously you are free to put in a complaint, but if you want to do so, I would wait until after you finally get an assessment. I hope the third one will take place.
