Moving will not trigger a reassessment.
In your previous post you stated that 'My own area does not have Universal Credit yet but the new area does'. As far as I am aware all areas went full service for Universal Credit last year. What this means is if you have a change of circumstances then you would have to apply for UC unless you are in receipt of SDP.

I would be claiming council tax benefit though so I assume that's a local authority thing.
