Thank you for your kindness, but I can't cope any more with this system, and am likely giving up trying to challenge things.

Cruella, DWP are deliberatly making it hard for you, so as you will give up. Once you get to Tribunal stage, the tribunal bunch are on our side. My CAB wouldn't help with initial submissions, ie Mandatory wotsit, but they do help with Tribunal stage. I did it all on phone because I can't go to their office. I have done 3 tribunals over the phone. I also have problem handling the mail. The first 2 tribunals I did, CAB kindly emailed me everything, but this time I had to accept their letter through the snail mail. However, it was only one letter and worth the effort of carefully dealing with it. Even if you local office don't work over the phone, I am sure an office in another area would. Once DWP send CAB ALL the papers so far, (you don't need to touch them), CAB will compile the appeal to tribunal for you. They just send you a written copy (or emailed) for your approval. They take care to word it specifically. No form to fill in. I couldn't have done it without CAB. CAB can advise about medical notes. No-one accessed my medical notes throughout. Don't give up. I went from 0 points to enhanced x 2, for 10 years! RESULT. :)
