Its the date on the letter that you need to take note of. A lot of people seem to lose up to a week to deal with DWP communication because of the time it takes for the mail to reach you.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

I have been sent a reason why i did not attend form by Maximus. It is dated 3rd December and has arrived today 5th December and must be back with them by 10th December. This to me is an unreasonable turnaround time line, they have provided a 2nd class stamped envelope which could take as long as 3-6 days to be delivered. So i will have to pay for guaranteed delivery to ensure it arrives back by tuesday. I only got out once or twice a week because of anxiety, now I stressed over this. I had an interview last March 2018 and I was so distressed that the interviewer said he would recommend that i shouldnt have to have another one for 3 years at least, yet one year later and they are stressing me again. I am continually shaking and having panic attacks, and they cause my condition to worsen. How can i improve when they are constantly stressing me. In January 2017 I had my PIP assessment, so after this fit for work interview I will have that reassessed next year, which is just leaves me in a constant agitated state, I find it very cruel how they actually exacerbate my mental health conditions.
