Having gone throught the excellent advice on this site I submitted 72 pages of PIP evidence typed up for my wife who is transferring from lifetime DLA to PIP, additional typed pages had her name & national insurance number on, I also placed a frontice sheet headed ADDENUMS indicating exactly how many additional pages of evidence for each category had been included..
She had her home F2F assessment on 17.12.2019 and her assessor did say there was a lot of evidence in the forms which he had gone through prior to the home visit.. I am due to receive a copy of the assessors report in the next two days after requesting it from the DWP so that I have an idea where we are going and if I will need to gather further evidence for a possible mandatory reconsideration in due course if things don`t to as we hope.. Good luck with your forms but our submitted PIP2 forms would have certainly taken more than 15 minutes to read...just my small input on this topic....

Just an update...assessors report received yesterday and although DWP can change the decision it seems if they agree with the assessors report she will get 12 points for mobility (higher rate) and 9 points for care (standard rate) ..we are keeping our fingers crossed DWP agree..
