I have received the dreaded brown envelope and have been awarded enhanced on both. The letter says they will review not before Feb 2023. Thank you Gordon, Gary, Bis and Steve for the invaluable help you have given me on this site.

When I received the award letter it was dated 17th March. The decision maker said I would get the new enhanced rates on my usual date, yesterday, which I did. then went on to say I would receive a letter as they had decided to award me from the date of my review in October. I haven’t received any letter or been paid the back pay they owe me. Is this normal or do you think they have forgotten to work out how much they owe me?

Hi Mememe

I honestly can't tell you. The best thing is to ring them up and query it.
