Hi Gordon
Thanks for your reply
I forgot to state that he needs to be reminded and persuaded to wear the mouth guard
because of his autism he does like the feel texture
I thought that because he been told by GP to were it it would be some sort of needs help with therapy.
Just hoping he might have been able to score a couple of more points.

Hi Andrew58

The mouthguard is not going to be counted as therapy.

Hi OP,

I'm not a Moderator but 'home therapy' for OCD would include things like CBT tasks that have been set by a therapist.

Monitoring might be for signs of serious deterioration- increased self harm, suicidal ideation, increasingly disruptive compulsions or a deterioration in Eating Disorder symptoms.

Thanks Ellie

He has to be monitor for eat disorder also mental health deteriorates
He was advised of crisis metal health team at a&e if needed.
He has CBT tasks to use to calm him but does not always use them. He needs constant reassurance just to leave house to go to his part time job also is exhausted when gets home. He then needs to talk through his whole day as a debriefing to ask for advice on what’s been said at work. This is all to calm him down and get him to relax at home.
