Check my PIP form please

I am hoping if I could get some help here. I got diagnosed with MS last year and wanted to see how my symptoms affected me before I apply for any sort of benefit. I have managed to fill up the PIP form with the help of my husband but wanted to see if someone could have a quick glance over it. I have had and read a lot of horror stories about PIP and MS. Any help and guidance would be appreciated. Thanks

I have an award for PIP for MS. My main problems are visual and walking as I am blind in one eye and have foot drop both due to the MS. I added lots of medical evidence with my claim. Have you spoken to your MS team about your PIP claim? My MS nurse was insistent I claimed it so that spurred me on knowing I had their full support.

Thanks a lot for getting back to me. I am struggling with my foot drop and having a lot of falls. I am having cognitive issues now and not able to recollect a lot of things. My memory is not that great. I was filling my PIP form today and made a mistake as I wrote a wrong answer for one of the questions and it's got me all anxious now to what to do. Dont want to score it off or use white ink. My MS nurse has supported me for applying PIP. I waited for 9 months to see how much condition is affected and finally making this application. I am struggling with incontinence and imbalance quite a lot recently. Could my husband fill the form for me? Is this allowed? Thanks Becky and everyone else for your support.
