Timeline after phone assessment

Thank you BIS. In that case what causes a delay, presumably somewhere on system. On phone at moment, 26 minutes so far and still counting.

Hi BIS. 45 minute wait and 10 minutes to answer security questions and answer my query. It appears they are still awaiting the report and when I suggested that under normal circumstances they should receive it within 48 hours of the assessment having taken place and it is now 2 weeks tomorrow I was told that this was incorrect and especially now it can take anything up to 6 weeks. I asked if they could chase Capita up and I was told they could not and unfortunately it is a waiting game but I shouldn't worry. Capita had already been in touch with my GP for a report prior to assessment so with all my additional evidence the HP should have all the information they would need so I don't know why the hold up. I will just have to be patient and hope the wait is worth it.

Thank you Gordon, I will try them tomorrow, someone may be able to confirm whether the report has been sent or not. I will update the forum as soon as there is anything to report.
