Pip Assessment report incorrect Help needed

Thank you and I did say I'm going through rehabilitation but there is no end date its ongoing I did say im but I'm getting worst and my OT said the same but I think she's just gone on that I am doing rehabilitation.not considered I will still have all these difficulties at the time of review. or taken all my medical conditions or how they affect me.

Thank you again for your advice I'm still getting to grips with the pip and there system.

I had similar issues where I was scored 0 points in sections but the notes underneath totally contradicted the points recommended by Capita. I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone at DWP and she was very happy to put corrections where I figured I'd be underscored and sent that through to the decision maker before a final decision was made.

I am so glad you got it sorted out that was the same thing the assessor did to me said I could walk when I'm housebound and if I do go out I have to use a wheelchair I've been sofabound for a year but now have a hospital bed which I sleep on as I cant do physically on the stairs.this was missed out or half of it used and then something else which is incorrect used.I really cant believe some of things they say.

Just to let you know I called pip regarding what i thought was wrong with the report and I told them I would be putting it in writing they said the the decision maker disagreed with the assessor report not sure which parts as I've not received the final decision letter but they have given me enhanced rate for both for 3 years which I am so happy with as it's my 1st ever pip.i totally recommend this site and the guides to anyone.
