If they have made a claim for UC then I think that they are stuck on it as although they appear to have become entitled to the SD Premium when their parents died they need to have been receiving the Premium prior to making the UC claim to have been barred from UC and they were not.

The LCWRA rate is £341.92 per month, this is more than they were receiving on ESA but less than they would have received with the SD Premium. They need to chase the DWP to migrate their ESA award as this is still being done manually.
This will be on top of their Personal Allowance
- Single claimant aged under 25: £342.72 per month
- Single claimant aged 25 or over: £409.89 per month
and then there will be their Housing Element.
