Have a look at our ESA Clain guide for an explanation of the criteria that you will need to meet to stay in the Support Group.

You should mention any deterioration in your conditions and specifically any additional limitations that you have in completing the ESA activities. I would make a bullet list and keep it with your phone.
We have limited experience on ESA telephone assessments but we have had reports on a lot of PIP ones and there will be similarities in how the assessment will be done so I would also have a look at our PIP Claim guide there is a section on the assessments.

Thank you Gordon for sound advice, the idea of reading the ESA guide and PIP guide and make a bullet list makes things go far easier in the interview, it is strange the telephone interview is more stressful than the face to face, but following your advise it went well, they advise 10 to 12 weeks for an answer, and to be fair the lady apologised for such a long wait.
