I didn't get a letter. I had a call out of the blue saying they needed to do phone assessment as they had a backlog. Seven days notice and at assessment was told I may still be get called in for face to face as they were hoping to resume in about a month. Asked similar questions as at a face to face and at the end was told again quite possible to be called in for face to face as they cant observe you on a telephone. The impression I got was they are trying to rush assessments through.
