I've been told that even though the Tribunal judge and the panel have made the decision to make the award the DWP could challenge it and on what grounds ? Is that correct ?
Both the claimant and the DWP have a further right of appeal to the Upper Tier Tribunal such an appeal cannot be made on the merits of the case, only on whether there has been an Error of Law in the making of the Decision.

Hi, can I ask why they are backdating it so much? I’m on ESA support group and just been awarded pip standard rate. It was backdated to when I applied in February this year
