Thank you Gary, I was thinking the same as you Phrank seems to be having the same journey as us. One thing I was thinking if they stick to 18 months for next review will that be from March when we submitted paperwork or from date of award? If date of award we will probably get review forms with the award decision

Hi Lynno
If it is an ongoing award then it is usually from the decision date.
If it is a new claim then it is usually from the date on the application form providing it is returned in time or from when they receive the application form if sent out of time

Hi Lynno,
Having read the posts in your thread, I wonder if the same person assessed your husband as me? or is it just a ploy to down-tread the unfortunate who find themselves in a position such as this through no fault of their own?
Like me, and I know you will, keep fighting until we get justice and then we can have a bit of a cyber celebration on here!

Yes it does look like we are in more or less the same situation. I am finding the waiting time for non-existant post very, very stressful.
Never mind the letters will soon arrive, hopefully.
In the meantime, best put on hold the celebrations for now!
