Hello once again, and thank you for all the help already given!
After not hearing from the case manager I rang the UC claim helpline, after which my payments were updated but are sadly still incorrect. Instead of a non dependent deduction they've now added a spare bedroom deduction (wrongly), still no LCWRA, no transitional protection and no direct payment to landlord. I've raised these mistakes again and have been told it's been escalated and there is nothing further they can do.
I also rang ESA and have been told that I am now in receipt of new style ESA, which I have strongly queried as I have never received contributions based ESA or Incapacity Benefit, just income support before transferring to income based ESA, and have never been in employment due to my disabilities. ESA insist that I am entitled to new style ESA, going as far as to put a note on the claim stating that I queried it and was told I am entitled to it. I do think it's a mistake but they're insistent.
I have typed up a complaint and have the email address supplied so kindly by David, and will be sending a complaint ion Monday if there is no further movement.
In the meantime, any idea of why ESA is so insistent that I'm entitled to new style ESA? I'm terrified that they will attempt to claw it back once they realise!
