I put in my ESA>UC Migration claim with a deadline of June 6th, today (the 1st of June). As I expected I was unable to verify my ID online (I have no photo ID and I'm not able to get any) and so now they say 'they will call me' in the next 2-3 days.
I'm autistic with sensory processing issues and social phobia, and I also have physical mobility issues, so attending a Job Centre in person to verify my ID is totally out of the question. I could just about manage a telephone call although even that will be difficult.
Should I note all the above in my UC journal now, before I get the call, or wait until they decide how I should verify myself? What might they ask me during this call? Could this actually be the so-called Biographical Call without me even requesting it, or just a call to set up an appointment?
