Hi I received a text message from the DWP stating that I have been awarded PIP and that a decision letter has been sent out in the post. It said to allow 2 weeks to receive the letter. This seems a long time, or is this the normal timeframe to send out award letters. I have been online and can see that you are not able to telephone the DWP as they do not disclose over the phone what your award is. Two weeks is a long time, but I am very grateful to have received an award.
