Failed bio phone call

Both of us failed the bio phone call. I literally had every piece of information to hand.
How can the questions asked be answered correctly, but both fail?

So now a home visit to look at our passports, bank cards & council tax bills.

Over 3 months of stress & I thought today it would be done.
Its bad enough going through cancer & the worry of that, but this on top is too much.

No idea about my esa rent c/tax payments. No idea when home visit. My husbands next treatment is in 4 wks, side affects are sleeping & vomitting. I'm going through tests for cancer on top of other illness.
I just thought this would be done today & its not & I just feel like my worry & stress & time should be with my husband who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in March, instead of this farce of proving we're the people who the DWP have been paying.
I was asked how much benefit amounts, what type of benefit when is is paid & what borough we live in & failed that!

This is making me think somethings very wrong here, as last week a list of addresses were bought up online that we had no idea about & now this & I know the answers I gave were correct.

I dont know how much more I can take now....

Hi. Yes I am emailing my MP today. I have already contacted the charity who camevto my home to complete forms, if she could be present for this ID visit from DWP. As I cant cope anymore,
When I email my MP is there a DWP/UC email I can use to copy in?

I also wrote a message on the UC account last night to sayI had contacted the DWP to check dates I gave, as I'm starting to doubt my own sanity & they confirmed what I said was correct.

I also found out from ESA that I'm on IR Esa & Cont ESA, none of my paperwork says Cont Esa everything says IR Esa.
The only thing each department says is we're covered by transitional protection & my money wont change.
But I have already lost a carers premium as UC messaged me & said only one can claim that on UC, so does trans proctection replace that?
Both get SDP, husband gets a payment due to his age & I get support group.
My husbands state pension is then deducted from the ESA.
We both get PIP.

I honestly cant face another day of this hanging over us. We never asked for this migration, we were told to do via letters.

I've read horror stories about migrating from ESA to UC & this is one of them.

Sorry. I meant to ask. Because of wait time for ID home visit, will I lose my trans protection, as my deadline is the 19th July. And from what I've been reading these visits can take weeks if not months.
I have emailed my MP to see if he can help.
If there were 4 people 2 wheels & a van at this stage I would say get us both to our closest job centre 4/6 miles away, just to get this hell over with.
I dont know if I need to ring housing benefit, council tax, contact the DWP home visit team.
Theres nothing in the UC a/c saying waiting for home visits, just says we both attended our bio calls yesterday.
This worry is esculating daily

I emailed my MP who sent over a letter of authorisation for him to speak the the DWP on my behalf. He as been in contact with them & is now waiting for a response.
I've also posted to messages on the UC journal, one telling them about my MP contacting the DWP, no response to either message.

I have every single thing scanned onto my PC why on earth it cant be emailed to whatevet dept that needs this ID Proof, I even suggested that to my MP & UC journal & also our GPs can verify us. What more do these people want from us!
I have never been so stressed in limbo about anything in my life.

Sorry not sure if I've replied as I'm so stressed upset & confused. I think I started another post, but my brains fogged.
Today I found out on the journal we didnt fail any ID's but the computor is pushing for face to face ID which cant be over ridden? To say I'm angry stressed, I built myself up for both calls yesterday ( my husband was sick after treatment) and I was allowed to answer both IDs. The man said sorry u failed both & a face to home visit is needed, but we didnt fail, the computor said we have to have it. The stress for both of us is unbearable. My husbands not eating, but he needs food to keep strong enough for next treatment. I just feel sick dizzy ill & crying. Both of us are more ill with worry of this & theres the cancer on top.
How can they put us through this when we passed the ID bio call?
Is there some disability rights to stop this harassment of ID Proof first online then passed on phone but none of it good enough.

They have no idea how long it will take for appointment. The lady on my journal said dont worry u still get 2 wks esa & u'll av PIP & husbands state pension to use. That wont cover our bils rent food etc it could be 4 wks 6 wks etc they have no idea about the home visits.

I've sent all this info to my local MP as I told him we had failed all ID online on phone etc but its the computor thats saying more.

I just dont know what to do, I cant take anymore stress of this, its torture.

I've said if this face to face goes ahead then I want a 3rd party present as I dont trust this migration thing. I've not read of anyone having 3 lots of ID proof online phone & face to face.

I dont know how we'll survive for money as £705.60 I recieve next Thurs doesnt cover one months bills let alone 2. I'll have to use credit cards & get into debt. I have all this ID on my PC & it could be sent, they could do video call surely? But its never ending proof & the online forms were done on the 3rd July.

Do we have to let them in, as I'm so angry at the stress its putting both of us under I feel like saying wait at my door & bring docs needed a whole list from passport to marriage certs.

But 3 ID checks, why?
Any advice, any disability advice legally I can quote.
