But UC journal from today read " I will still get my 2 weeks ESA nothing after that, I will have to survive on PIP &my husbands state pension". Her exact words. My final ESA is on the 17th & thats it. Home visit wait times are long, again advised by jounal today. Nothing they can do to expidite it as home visits have their own diarys.
Yes I understand ID checks, but why put usc through the stress of a call to pass us then say sorry u need a home visit. The online form had our ID, inc passports telephone passed. But this is just too much.

We wont manage with money, we thought it would be a the final 2 wk ESA & a three week UC wait. We're looking at weeks & weeks & will be in so much debt, its scaring us. I've already told my housing dont expect any rent as been told today 2 wks esa & 2 wks rent.
I dont know if moneys backdated to clear credit cards?
All I know is she told me via journal & the stress of it all is absolute hell. Why they didnt just do a home visit to start inc form I dont know. I just cant believe what we are having to go through & would like to know any others who gane thru this ID proved online & Id Proved by phone & still a home visit for ID. We have both been in receipt of benefits for several years, so surely they have enough ID on us both.

Just fed up stressed sick scared & worried about how we'll live until this is sorted
