Hi Bis,
It's an entitlement to Universal Credit for housing costs issue.
If that's not in your remit, it should be.
Kind Regards,
George222

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi George222
B&W forum is to help members to claim disability benefits such as PIP, AA, DLA and WCA.
WCA was used to assess ESA claimants (IR and CB) and now NS ESA and UC LCW/LCWRA element .
Some mods will answer questions outside the remit of the forum depending on their expertise, we do not give advise as we do not have all the facts of the case.

Hi Gary,
I do understand that B&W is to help members claim disability benefits.
The housing costs element of UC is a disability benefit. I was enquiring about entitlement to those costs.
Kind Regards,
George222

Hi George222
Housing element of UC is not a disability benefit, it is a means tested element for claimants on low income.
