I've sent my review pip form back in October nothing complicated per se . Have had to phone to let them know change of phone number today so asked them if theres any update on my award ? He said well as you know you have a extension till 2026 and if you don't hear by about August then get in touch ! I've had no letter to say anything of this at all . I asked him if he would actually be able to see if there was any activity on my review and he said no anyway. Shouldn't I have had a letter about my award being extended? Feeling left in the air really . Many thanks .
You would hope to get a letter saying your award is being extended, but not everyone does. I know this leaves you and many others wondering what is happening, which is unfair, but I'm glad you were able to ring them and get an update. Just make sure that you keep a record of the date of your call and what you were told - in case you need it.
