Wrong condition recorded on my WCA report was created by Laurel
My medical assessment report has recorded that my condition is IBS. I have never suffered from this, nor was it ever on any form I have filled in. I want to apply for a mandatory reconsideration. I stated my condition was BPES - a rare congenital condition which has functionally affected my sight! I was on Disabled Working Tax Credit having to migrate to UC.

Hi Laurel

I am sorry this has happened. I mean - how could they get that wrong? I can see why you would want to challenge this. They couldn't possibly make a fair judgement .

You might also want to consider submitting a formal complaint. That is a 'mistake' that shouldn't have happened (and believe me, I'm trying to be polite when I use the word mistake!).
