Sorry guys, but the reference in question is to claimants appealling after they failed the ESA medical, not where they are appealing to be placed in the Support Group.Reassessment of incapacity benefits
"Do claimants have to attend Work Focused Interviews whilst they await the outcome of an appeal?
Since October 2010, claimants have no longer been required to attend Work Focused Interviews whilst appealing"

edit: corrected to say Support Group, not WRAG
Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

The curious thing about this document is that it has no introduction stating it's purpose, who it's for, who wrote it or who's answering the questions!
Rachel, the clause at the end is standard and appears on many DWP leaflets. It just means that the document is not a full statement of law.

Make that two documents, medical reports from consultants and years of GP notes!
