Surely the welfare reform bill has got to be passed before they can do this? Isn't this a breach of our human rights? Is there anyone in parliament sympathetic to this? What if there was a petition we sent on line got 100,000 signatures wouldn't they have to debate the issue. Why are they sending out letters if the bill has not been passed? :(

It's probably their way of saying that they believe the Welfare Reform Bill is a forgone conclusion. :angry:
