As you are clearly distressed and worried may I suggest that you seek face to face advice from an Advice Centre, or telephone them for help.

We are happy to help with general questions about how the B&W guides work and benefits we deal with in general.

Not at all. But we can only answer general questions relating to the benefits we deal with, how the site operates and where to find the guides. we are not able to offer an online Welfare Rights Service.
