Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

As a general comment, there is no reason why you should not direct the Decision Makers attention to this or any descriptor that you believe you meet.

If you believe that you meet the Exceptional Circumstances criteria, then you will need to provide evidence to support this, or if you already have, restate what that evidence is.Also, Gordon,
MY assessment results
show that the exceptional circumstances segment of my assessment was "curtailed"
As my major problems relate to mental health, am I right to point this out , when I send my documents for DM review?

Just to be clear, regarding ESA, it is only ESA(CB) that is being limited, and the 365 days is only relevant to time spent in the WRAG, time spent in the Support Group does not count to towards the total.
Anyone subject to the limit will be able to claim ESA(IR), providing they meet the associated means test.
Gordon
If you look through the forum you will see that a number of members have successfully appealed from the WRAG to the Support Group.o.K., GORDON,

Replied by stephano on topic successful claimants , WRAG to SUPPORT GROUP.
Hello.
are there any claimants out there, who would be willing to share their experience , telling how they were successful in having their work-related
status reversed to support group status.
thanks.
