This topic is regarding proposed changes to the appeal process, no changes have actually been made at this time.

I think non-payment is at the heart of the Government intentionds :(

I note earlier in this thread the suggestion that HB wouldn't be paid during the reconsideration period. I believe HB to be a low or no income benefit, not dependent upon other benefits being paid, so would it indeed be the case that it wouldn't be paid?

I can't see why not, the only thing these changes potentially affect is the payment of the ESA Assessment rate.
