There are delays across the whole system although some areas are worse than others.

The only thing we can suggest is for you to contact your local DWP office for an update.

Sorry, I misread 'reassessment' as 'reconsideration' Therefore my comments were totally out of synch with the thread!

I've still waiting for just over 3 weeks now and I am a total and utter nervous wreck already. When I had my assessment the atos nurse said that i would hear within 2-3 weeks.

Just received the dreaded letter,8 weeks after my Atos assessment and I cant believe I only scored 6 points so I wont get any money.I rang the number on the letter straight away and all thet can do is send me an appeal form.
I had to retire form work 15 years ago on medical grounds and was told that there was no more can be done and would never be able to work again.
The reasons for the points in the letter seems rediculous to me because firstly it states I had great problems remaining saeted and in the next stage said 'sat for 25 minutes' but the whole assessment only took 25 minutes and had to be examined in that time, but I dont know how I can prove that, I dont where to start, I'm so upset by it,its so wrong that I now have to go through an appeal with no money and dont know how long it will take.
