The DWP should acknowledge the appeal request within 2 weeks, however, they often fail to meet this target and in some cases never actually respond, so I would beging chasing them in a couple of weeks.

The Reconsideration stage of the appeal should take 11-13 weeks, although again, some are experiencing significantly longer periods.
