After my WCA I complained to ATOS. My complaint was upheld, they apologised to me and accepted that the HCA had not followed their own guidelines. However, the report,as far as I know was still used.

Thank you for the ATOS contact details and comments:) I think I may continue the complaint now I've seen the report, not sure if I include the DWP in that or not I'm still waiting for the bundle of info from them. My deadline for appeal will prob expire before I get that through.
