You need to get face to face advice from your local CAB or Welfare Rights office, where they can sit down with you and go over all aspects of your situation. SeeI won my appeal for ESA back in March of this year and put into the WRAG but as it was contribution based due to time limitations all payments stopped 30th April. Since then i have recently filled out a new ESA50 (had to ring DWP today to confirm they had received it as i had no confirmation) My husband has now been made redundant & i'm not sure if i am to apply for ESA IR now or if he should claim JSA and add me to that?
Any advice please
Where to get advice?

Can i ask another question please? Playing devils advocate, If i'm advised to go down the ESA IR & at my next assessment i lose & am taken out of wrag (going from my last experience i'm thinking the worse)obviously i would appeal. But during the appeal process is money still paid or does it stop until the appeal outcome has been reached?
