Just FYI I also won my appeal at the Tribunal & Courts in January this year and was placed in the SG having been in the SG since April 2011 but then at the end of March I received a letter informing me that I should have been in the WRAG and since the 365 days policy was coming up at the end of March my payments would stop due to the fact that our income was above their limit, my wife is retired and receives State Pension of something like £607p.m and between us we have two small work pensions of £48p.m. (Total £655p.m) to live on we get no other benefits and I have a heart condition and severe depression so I had to give up work so what do they expect us to do.

Have you had any reply as to why you were moved from the Support Group to the WRAG?

Hi Gordon
All they said it was an error and sent me an amended copy of my paper crossed out SG and put WRAG I have written to Tribunal&Courts appealing and to go to Higher Tier Appeal Court and I have to-day received a letter from them informing me that they have passed it onto High Court Judge
